WHAT HAPPENS IF MY STUDENT TRAVEL CARD IS LOST OR STOLEN?
(IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

Unless you register your Student Travel Card you will not be able to obtain a replacement if your card is lost/stolen/destroyed.

REGISTRATION IS FREE , all you have to do is provide TWO identical colour passport sized photographs.
You will be issued with a Student Care Registration Card.
You must keep this card in a safe place – without it you will not be issued with a replacement card.

REPLACEMENT CARDS
• If you lose your Student Travel Card, providing you have your Student Care Registration Card telephone 0121 254 6363 and ask for a Student Care form.
• Replacement cards are issued at the discretion of Travel West Midlands.
• A charge of £ 15 is made for a replacement card.
